To conduct national, regional, continental as well as international conferences, training, seminars, and continuing professional development meetings on emergency care as well as advocate for the rights of emergency care professionals. 

To ensure emergency care professionals have an acceptable competency through curriculum development and its implementation with conducting continuing professional development (CPDs).  

Establishing a working relationship with regional, continental as well as global associations of Emergency Medicine.

Contributing to the expansion of emergency services in Ethiopia and work together with responsible government bodies on developing relevant policies and strategies academically as well as professionally.
